What is included in a license?
Every license includes full access to all features for that product. HydraLink and HydraStorm are licensed separately. Free updates and priority email support are included for the duration of your license term.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. 5-seat licenses receive a 10% discount per seat. For teams larger than 5, the first 5 seats receive a 10% discount and each additional seat is discounted 15%. All seats are managed under a single license key.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.
Can I switch between annual and 3-year billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from annual to 3-year billing at any time. Contact support and we will prorate the remaining balance on your current plan.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund.
